  • Medical Laboratory

Medical laboratory work is a growing field that revolves around medical diagnosis. It generally requires getting samples and running tests to determine whether a patient has a specific illness and/or how the patient is responding to treatment. Tests performed in a medical lab can help a physician determine a patient’s illness.

Medical lab work frequently requires physical contact with patients so the ability to be friendly with people and handle bodily fluids (especially blood) is important.
