One-on-One Career Coaching

Every Health Careers NW participant is matched to a career coach. Together, with your experience and a dedicated coach, you’ll build a path to employment in the Healthcare industry. Your coach will help make sure your plan fits your needs, and will work with you to make sure that you have the support you need to be successful. Your coach will touch base with you regularly throughout your involvement with Health Careers NW.

Career & Resource Planning

With guidance from your career coach, you’ll be able to chart your course and create a career plan that works for you. With the support of your coach, you’ll identify:

  • Your goals
  • The training and education you’ll need
  • Other resources you need to support your plan

You and your coach will update your career plan as you progress toward your goals.
